Book the Center for Creativity (CfC) for your event

The CfC is a creative community arts space that can be booked for events. We have several options which include:
• Booking a space for a free community event
• Booking a space for a workshop or paid community event
• Booking a space for a private event

The Facility

The CfC has two primary spaces that can be booked independently or together. Details about the facility can be found on our Facilities Information Page.

Pricing

For free community events that are open to the public, the CfC accepts donations and charges a $10 upfront fee.

For workshops and other paid events, the CfC charges a percentage of your gross revenue with a $10 upfront fee.  This model allows you to be experimental while supporting the CfC more when your events are successful.  The current percentage is 20%

For private events, the CfC will soon publish a rental fee structure.

Pricing of future events is subject to change.

Booking process

For free community events and workshops, the CfC only accepts bookings for one event at a time. This event can be booked for the current month and for the two following months. Subsequent dates are available at the beginning of each month.

Bookings for Private rentals and events by Arts Partners can be reserved beyond three months and multiple events may be booked. Learn how your organization can become an “Arts Partner”. < link coming soon.

Booking your event at the CfC, starts with filling out the inquiry form at the bottom of this page. From there, the CfC will reach out about availability, cost, & suitability and will be able to provide a tour of the space and answer your questions. From there, you will be asked to fill out a booking form in order to capture the specific details of your event. Upon receipt of that form, along with payment (as needed), your event will be confirmed, added to the CfC calendar, and agreements will be shared for signing.

Event day expectations

On the day of the event, a member of the CfC will be there to open the door, orient you, and make sure you have what you need for a successful event. A CfC member will be on the premises during your event to monitor the space and address any facility needs, but will largely stay out of your way and let you run all aspects of your event. At the end of the event, a CfC member will be present to ensure that the space has been restored to its original state and will lock up.
